Mainly consists of archival materials documenting the actions and activities of the British colonial and the post-colonial governments in Kenya between the late 1880s through the early 1960s. 139 microfilm reels contain copies of thousands of government records, including annual and quarterly reports, intelligence reports, correspondence, secretariat circulars, and record books, amongst others. These once confidential records serve to document the economic, social, religious, and political upheavals in Kenya in the twentieth century leading to its independence from the United Kingdom in 1963.

The Collection is divided into 6 series, which were assigned to the documents when they were first microfilmed by Syracuse University:

Collections is composed of photographic reproductions of 12 prints and drawings of the City of Montreal. The original prints and drawings are dated between 1761 and 1871.

The African Newspaper Collection consists of Taifa Leo (1979-1988; 1992-1996), the Daily Nation and Sunday Nation (1979-1985), and The Standard (1982-1995). The newspapers that compose this collection were published in Kenya between 1979 and 1996.

The fonds provides information on the history, structure, aims, and activities of Freemasonry and other secret organizations, with a particular focus on anglophone and francophone Freemasonry in Quebec.

The fonds includes correspondence, articles, transcripts of lectures, programs for ceremonies, minutes, membership lists, photographs, and other materials. Among the correspondence are original letters and manuscript notes dated 1913-1931 in which francophone Catholics report to the church hierarchy the names of suspected Freemasons. There are an original letter and a certificate of resignation from Freemasonry. The fonds includes a collection of objects. The Graeme Clyke fonds consists of materials created and accumulated by Graeme Baxter Clyke related to the Negro Community Centre (NCC), Union United Church, Royal Arthur School, Little Burgundy, and Saint-Henri. Photographs showcase programs and activities offered at NCC, including dance and music lessons, arts and crafts, wood working, sports, summer camps, and games. They also depict NCC staff, including but not limited to Stanley Clyke, Emily Clyke, Lawrence Sitahal, Daisy Peterson Sweeney, Martha Griffiths, and Mrs. Palmas. Photographs also show the interior and exterior of the NCC, Union United Church, Royal Arthur School, and the Universal Negro Improvement Association (U.N.I.A.). They also depict many other buildings around Little Burgundy and Saint-Henri. Students and teachers at the NCC and Royal Arthur School appear throughout the photographs, as do members of the Union United Church. Textual records in the fonds consist of those documenting the administration of the NCC, including its programs, activities, and services, and the memorial service of Roy States.

Collection consists of 1278 audio recordings of musical performances by Concordia students, faculty and guests. They were recorded at the Loyola Chapel and at the Oscar Peterson Concert Hall between 1986 and 2005. Most are in audio cassette format with the latest ones on compact disc.

The fonds documents the mission, structure, administration, programs, activities, facilities, and evolution of the Quebec YMCA (as of 2009, Le Y du Québec) from its founding in 1854 to the late 20th century.

The records include founding documents, annual reports, committee minutes, financial statements and other financial records, employee files, files on buildings and facilities, and administrative files and correspondence relating to programs such as summer camps and courses.

The fonds also includes architectural drawings, scrapbooks of press clippings, brochures, and other promotional materials, photographs of Quebec YMCA events and activities from the late 19th century until the late 20th century, and objects such as flags, signs, plaques, pins and medals.

Le fonds témoigne partiellement de la carrière musicale, jusqu'en 1975, d’Yves Charbonneau ainsi que du Quatuor de Jazz du Québec (1967-1975), de la colonie artistique de Val-David (1970), de la Ferme du Petit Québec libre (1970-1973), et du café expérimental L'Amorce (1972-1974). Le tout est complété par des journaux politiques ramassés par Yves Charbonneau durant les années 1970. Le fonds comprend aussi des documents textuels et des photographies en lien avec les études en arts visuels entrepris par Yves Charbonneau au lendemain de la rupture du Jazz libre.

In 1896 the Jesuits established Loyola College as the English-language branch of the classical college Collège Ste-Marie, founded in 1848. In 1974, Loyola College merged with Sir George Williams University to create Concordia University. The photographs in the collection document life at Loyola from 1908 onward. Subjects include classes, the Jesuit community, buildings (including aerial shots of the campus), sports teams, and special events. The other items in the collection relate to liturgical activities at the Loyola College chapel and include missals, lectionaries, printed prayers, patens, vestments, an altar stone, and other items.

The fonds provides information on the QAAL's political and other activities in defence of the rights of adult students.

Le fonds Joe Bell porte sur le jazz à Montréal et les personnalités qui l'ont influencé durant les années 1930 et 1940.

Le fonds est constitué du spicilège que Joe Bell a constitué et qui contient des photographies promotionnelles des différents orchestres et des musiciens avec qui il partageait la scène. On y retrouve des coupures de presse, des menus ainsi que des cartes de boîtes de nuit et de salles de bal.

La collection Quinn a été recueilli par Herbert Furlong Quinn entre les années 1930 et 1970 afin de soutenir ses recherches au sujet des sciences politiques.
La collection présente principalement une douzaine de partis politiques canadiens ainsi que de plusieurs partis étrangers à l'aide des brochures et de journaux politiques couvrant la période des années 1930 au début des années 1980. Les partis politiques canadiens représentés sont le Parti libéral du Québec, le Parti libéral du Canada, le Nouveau Parti démocratique, le Parti progressiste-syndical, la Fédération coopérative du Commonwealth, le Parti progressiste-conservateur, la Confédération des travailleurs catholiques du Canada, l'Union nationale, le Parti du crédit social du Canada, le Bloc Populaire, l'Assemblée étudiante canadienne, entre autres. Les parties étrangères couvertes par la collection sont surtout le parti allemand Christlich Demokratische Union (CDU / CSU), mais aussi le Parti ouvrier socialiste d'Amérique et la League for Industrial Democracy (Ligue pour la démocratie industrielle) ainsi que les Républicains et Démocrates pendant la campagne présidentielle américaine de 1964. En outre, la collection comprend plusieurs années du «Bulletin» (version anglaise), publié par le gouvernement de la République fédérale d'Allemagne, ainsi que des brochures du gouvernement portugais des années 1930.
La collection comprend également du matériel complémentaire: Premièrement, il y a des articles et des publications rédigés par Herbert F. Quinn sur de multiples sujets politiques, dont un manuscrit du livre "L'Union nationale : le nationalisme québécois de Duplessis à Lévesque", publié en 1979. Deuxièmement, il y a une sélection de journaux et coupures de presse canadiens, couvrant la campagne électorale fédérale canadienne de 1949 d'une part, et le mouvement fasciste dans le monde entier pendant les années 1930 d'autre part.
Enfin, la collection comprend des transcriptions judiciaires relatives à l'occupation du Centre informatique de l’université Sir George Williams en 1969, connu sous le nom de Manifestation étudiante de l'Université Sir George Williams (Sir George Williams Affair).

La collection Quinn contient des dépliants, des brochures, des déclarations, des bulletins d'information, des adresses, des déclarations de politique, des transcriptions, des manifestes, des journaux et des coupures de journaux. Un index des brochures est disponible.

La collection contient des coupures de journaux concernant le poet canadien Irving Layton. Ces coupures de presse, couvrant les années 1935 à 1993, commentent l'oeuvre d'Irving Layton et les événements organisés pour honorer Layton et son oeuvre. La collection comprend des entrevues avec le poète, des critiques, et des articles sur Irving Layton et les poètes canadiens en général. Les coupures de presse ont été tirées de plusieurs grands journaux canadiens publiés à Montréal, Toronto, Hamilton, Ottawa, Regina, Saskatoon et Vancouver, incluant des journaux et des magazines tels que la Gazette, le Toronto Star, le Georgian, Poetry Canadian Review, Saturday Night, The Canadian Forum , Sunday Star et le Telegram.

La collection illustre la vie et l'œuvre du poet canadien Irving Layton. Les documents ont été accumulés par Gertrude et Carl Katz dans le cadre de l'amitié et des relations de travail de Gertrude avec Irving Layton.

La collection se compose de documents accumulés par Margaret Griffin et Clara Gutsche. Elle illustre principalement la fondation et la première exposition de Powerhouse Gallery, maintenant La Centrale Galerie Powerhouse. D'autre materiel porte sur le magasin d'artisanat Flaming Apron et sur diverses expositions organisées à La Centrale Galerie Powerhouse. La collection contient des documents créés par Margaret Griffin, Leslie Busch, Billie-Joe Mericle et Stansje Plantenga, tous membres fondateurs de Powerhouse Gallery. Ils ont été crées principalement entre 1972 et 1974, avec des documents sélectionnés de 2001 et 2004. Certains documents ont été annotés par Margaret Griffin et Clara Gutsche en 2014. Les documents reliés à la création et l'histoire de la Powerhouse Gallery comprennent de la correspondance, des coupures de journaux, des propositions, des descriptions, des chronologies, des publications, des affiches, des diapositives, des négatifs, une brochure, un dessin, une peinture et des vêtements. Ces matériaux concernent principalement la première exposition du Musée, Windows : From the Inside Out : Painting, Photography, Ceramic and Sculpture, présentée au 1210, avenue Greene à Westmount, Québec, en 1973. D'autre documents illustrent diverses expositions organisées à la Powerhouse Gallery et à la Centrale Galerie Powerhouse, notamment: Codpieces: Phallic Paraphernalia (1974), The Past to the Present (2001) et Powerhouse: Where are we now? (2001). Le matériel concernant les activités de The Flaming Apron, une boutique d'artisanat à Notre-Dame-de-Grâce, comprend des vêtements, de la céramique et un bulletin. La collection contient également des publications de La Centrale Galerie Powerhouse, dont Women’s Bookworks (1979) et Les Centrelles (2004), ainsi que des articles liés aux centres d’art et d’artistes au Canada.
