The sub-sub-series documents the activities of the Montreal YMCA's committees mandated primarily to reflect on YMCA policies. The records include studies and statements on general YMCA issues (e.g., use of alcoholic beverages on Y premises) and issues in society at large (e.g., drug use, refugee settlement).
