Samuel H. Schecter

Samuel H. Schecter, a Montreal entrepreneur and benefactor of this university at the official opening of the Weissman Gallery in the Henry F. Hall Building. Schecter established a fund to collect contemporary art, which later resulted in the outstanding Sir George Williams University Collection of Canadian Art.

Campus Centre

Campus Centre lounge at Loyola College. The picture was created by overlapping two negatives. On the first, a man is sitting down, reading, while in the second, he appears to be sleeping.

Dedication of Alumni Auditorium

Dr. Hans Selye, at the unveiling of the plaque which is to be placed at the entrance of the Alumni Auditorium. This was on the occasion of a special Convocation to dedicate the Auditorium during the 30th anniversary Reunion of the Association of Alumni. Also standing is Ray Vaillancourt, Chairman of the Dedication. In the background, left to right: Dr. F. Fraser Fulton, Chanchellor, Dr. Robert C. Rae, Principal, Dr. Henry F. Hall Principal Emeritus and R. G. Thompson, President of the Association of Alumni.
