It also documents those organized in partnership with community organizations, including the Quebec Community Groups Network, English Montreal School Board, Volunteer Bureau of Montreal, Centraide du Grand Montreal, and Batshaw Youth and Family Centres. Some of the projects covered in the series are the Holistic Project, the School Readiness Program, Mothers of Preschoolers (MOP), Mothers on the Move (MOM), Project Provigo, Volunteer Bureau, 1, 2, 3 Go!, House of King and Queens, Mini-Poste Project, Tim Hortons Camp, Hema Project, The New 3Rs, A Taste of the Caribbean festival, and the Living History project. Material in this series contains information pertaining to the demographics of Montreal’s Black communities. It also includes information on immigration to Quebec and Canada and refugees in Canada. The reference documentation preserved by the BCRC also contains materials on Black History more generally, among other topics. This series includes documents from several community organizations and government agencies on topics such as health, immigration, drug prevention, sex education, employment, education, family violence, volunteering, family wellness, and other topics.

The series contains clippings, government publications, business cards, pamphlets, brochures, leaflets, booklets, and bulletins. It also includes copies of newspapers such as Share and Community Contact.

This series documents the history of radio dramas in Vancouver, B.C. between 1925 and 1935, and Jack Gillmore’s involvement with the CNRV Players, Radio Artists Review, and the radio stations that broadcasted their programs. The fonds also includes photographs of the Association for the Study of Canadian Radio and Television’s 1983 conference and material relating to the deposit.

The series contains photocopies of essays, notes, production sheets, correspondence, and press clippings. It also includes a contact sheet and Gillmore's memoir.

This series consists of the radio drama scripts used by the CNRV Players and the Radio Artists Revue in Vancouver, B.C. dating between 1927 and 1935, for CKWX and CNRV (now Vancouver’s CBC station). Jack Gillmore began by adapting stage plays for the radio before going on to write original “Ideas” for the Radio Artists Revue in the 1930s.

The series contains photocopies of radio drama scripts which occasionally include cue lists, song lists, cast lists and other production notes. It also includes photocopies of published plays with handwritten edits.
