The Conseil Quebecois de l’estampe (CQE) fonds provides information about the administration, finances, publications, and programming activities of the CQE from its founding in 1978 to 2005, when it changed its name to Arprim (Regroupement pour la promotion de l’art imprimé). In addition to documentation about the administration and programming of the CQE, the fonds also includes an extensive collection of artists’ files, providing an important record of members and their work. These files contain photographs, exhibition catalogues, newspaper clippings, brochures, slides and other documents. The fonds also contains the CQE bulletin, Bon-à-tirer, documentation concerning the publication of the Code d’éthique and yearly documentation of the Prix Albert-Dumouchel¸among other documents.

The Black Community Resource Centre fonds (BCRC) provides information about the administration, finances, projects, services, and activities of the BCRC from its founding in 1992 to 2021. The fonds also includes extensive documentation on several partnerships between the BCRC and other organizations with whom they partnered on a variety of programs and workshops.

The Black Community Resource Centre fonds consists mostly of textual records that detail the administrative process of the organization and the daily activities of the BCRC. The fonds contains partnership agreements, meeting minutes, agendas, bulletins, newsletters, correspondence, annual reports, financial records, project evaluations, presentation slides, and job descriptions, among other administrative documents. In addition, the fonds includes photographs, posters, and promotional materials for several events and programs offered by the BCRC and other organizations, including but not limited to the School Readiness Program, Volunteer Bureau, House of King and Queens, and A Taste of the Caribbean festival. It also contains research documentation and other materials preserved by the BCRC for use in their resource centre.

Jack Gillmore fonds

The fonds is related to Jack Gillmore’s work as an actor, writer, and director of Canada’s first radio plays in Vancouver, B.C. between 1925-1935. Gillmore was a member of the CNRV Players and performed over a hundred plays on the radio including but not limited to, “Peg O’ My Heart”, “R.U.R.”, and “The Zepplin’s Passenger” (Zeppelin's Passenger). Gillmore’s memoir includes his reminiscences on his career on the radio, his experiences as a car salesman in the 1920s, his marine equipment businesses in the 1930s and 1940s, and events he lived through between 1902 and 1977. The fonds also includes material relating to the deposit.

The fonds consists of photocopies of annotated scripts, essays, notes, production sheets, correspondence, and press clippings. It also includes a contact sheet, and Gillmore's memoirs.

It mainly consists of documentation on academic, social and cultural events (e.g. convocations, conferences, theatre presentations) and on various administrative and academic matters (e.g. quest for a University charter, capital campaign, curriculum). The records of the Event Coordination Centre (series I002.1/19) provide information on the use of the college facilities for the organization of events, such as those held at the F.C. Smith Auditorium.

The fonds mainly includes correspondence, reports, information bulletins and press releases, promotional materials, addresses and speeches, and general administrative records. It also includes a large amount of photographs made by external agencies or by the Loyola College part time photographer, Paul Hrasko.

For instance, the fonds contains most of the original audio reels of the SGWU Poetry series recorded for the English department between 1965 and 1974 (see the Concordia SpokenWeb project which uses this material). The fonds also includes photographs made by the AV Photographic section for the University community. This material is mainly composed of faculty and staff portraits and pictures of University events, dated between 1979 and 1994.

The fonds also includes some files of André-Jean Laprade, Assistant Vice-Rector Relations and Audit.Those files mainly relate to "Groupe de recherche et d’élaboration d’un système d’informatique de gestion universitaire (GRESIGU)," 1968-1975 (A. J. Laprade being the responsible for the « SIGU-Recherche » group). There are also some Stirling Dorrance’s files who was first at Loyola College and then at Concordia, Assistant to the Rector, Development (these files were probably mixed up in storage space at some points - by error - with the files from the Vice-Rector, Administration and Finance).

The fonds consists of some administrative records of the SGWU Department of English and the Concordia Department of English between 1971 and 2005. It also consists of some SGWU Department of English records related to student academic activities in the 1940s and to public readings and lectures, and a few interviews, produced between 1966 and 1972.

The fonds mainly includes minutes of departmental meetings and some course timetables. It also includes some student papers in bound volumes and 63 sound recordings (80 audio reels) mainly composed of poetry readings (see the Concordia SpokenWeb project which uses this material) but also a few lectures given at SGWU. There are also loose typed sheets describing some of the SGWU poetry readings.
