The Concordia University Alumni Association honoured alumni, faculty and friends for their loyalty and generosity to the community. Approximately 100 people attended and celebrated the seven honorees at the Alumni Recognition Awards Banquet, held at Montreal’s Sofitel Hotel on May 20.

On May 17, 2011, Concordia honoured a stellar group at the 20th Alumni Recognition Awards Banquet.

Two former ambassadors and a senator were among the 175 guests who came out to commemorate nine of the university community’s best and brightest at the 20th Alumni Recognition Awards Banquet, held at the Hyatt Regency Montreal.

The 2011 Dick and Gretchen Evans Fellowship for Photography was given to Jacynthe Carrier.

One of the 2011 Dick and Gretchen Evans Fellowship for Photography was awarded to Aydin Matlabi.
