This series is about the activities of the Ars Classica gallery, located in Montreal and operating in the 50’ and 60’. It contains textual records mainly about the exhibitions organized by Ars Classica, or to which it contributed.

Consists of handwritten and typed correspondence to Veneranda Wilson from Irving Layton. Postcards from St. Lucia, Spain, Cuba, Edinburgh, Korea, Greece, and Alberta are also found in the series.

Series consists of a bust depicting Irving Layton, carved by Lyman E. Francis and a plaque dedicated to Irving Layton from Baron Byng High School in Montreal.
