The series provides information on the administration of non-teaching personnel as well as the individual personnel files of non-teaching staff. The series contains records on negotiations with the Canadian Marine Officers Union and with S.G.W. librarians who belonged to the National Union of Sir George Williams University Employees. It also includes job descriptions, salaries for administrators and clerical staff between 1938-1984, and personnel files.
