The sub-series contains correspondence, assignment sheets, schedules, reports, an honour roll, lists of prospects, and other records related to Loyola's Development Program. Its goal was to raise $6,600,000 for capital needs.

Loyola-SGWU Discussions

The sub-series contains correspondence, reports, news releases, and other records documenting deliberations regarding the merger of Loyola College and Sir George Williams University.

Maintenance Drive

The sub-series contains correspondence, minutes, receipts, membership lists, clippings, financial statements, pamphlets, and other records relating to a 1919-1922 fundraising campaign whose goal was to raise $300,000 for a building fund.

Managerial groups

The materials in the sub-series document the activities of managerial groups in which executives of the Montreal YMCA have taken part. The records include correspondence, reports, minutes and other meeting documents, as well as various working documents, reports, studies, and publications. Meetings and committees

This sub-series provides insight into the administration and organizational structure of the Black Theatre Workshop (BTW). The BTW is governed by a Board of directors, to which all committees and directors report. It includes documents related to meetings of the Board of Directors; Executive Committee; Management Committee; and the Planning and Priorities committee. It also contains documents concerning General meetings and meetings of temporary committees.

This sub-series contains, among other documents, meeting minutes, reports, correspondence, lists of board members, organizational charts, job descriptions, meeting notes, and various documents presented or discussed at the meetings, as well as newspaper clippings, and grant applications.

Members’ documents

The subseries reflects the role of the gallery’s members as active part of the organization. It presents documents collected by various members, including founding members, from the gallery’s beginnings in 1973 to 1999.

Merger

The sub-series concerns the merger that was finalized in 1974 with the formation of Concordia University from the union of Loyola College and Sir George Williams University. The sub-series contains correspondence, organization charts, news releases, reports, legal documents, enrolment statistics, and other records relating to legal, financial, personnel, academic, and administrative aspects of the merger process. It includes records on Concordia University by-laws, the election of the new Board of Governors, the selection of Concordia University officers, the transfer of assets and liabilities, the transfer of Loyola property, naming the new university, and the Loyola community's position on the merger process.
