Articles on Irving Layton include “The passionate poet” by Carolin Wilson in What’s Up Niagara (p. 6-11), “Irving Layton’s Crown of Thorns: If Zionism is racism, what is Christianity?” by Beverly Slopen in The Canadian (p. 4-8), “The apprenticeship of Irving Layton” by Marq de Villiers in The Montreal Star Weekend Magazine (p. 8-9), and “Friends and followers extol Layton’s work” by Irwin Block in the Senior Times (p. 5). The New Montrealer (August 1983) includes the open letter by Irving Layton titled “Oh! Montreal” (p. 10-13).

Series contains documents concerning The Flaming Apron craft store. This series includes documents concerning the closing of this craft store, as well as items created for sale at The Flaming Apron. These items, created or collected by Margaret Griffin, include a jean skirt by Billie-Joe Mericle purchased by Griffin at The Flaming Apron, a crochet sweater by Griffin made during the period of the Flaming Apron, and 2 basalt clay pots by Griffin made for sale at the craft store.

It includes several folders related to the Société du 5 avril, the RCAAQ [Regroupement des centres d’artistes autogérés du Québec] and the Association of National Non-Profit Artists Centres (ANNPAC). Articule was a member of the Société du 5 avril, and is currently a member of the RCAAQ. The series includes several volumes of Parallelogramme, published by the Association of National Non-Profit Artists Centres (ANNPAC) /Regroupement d'Artistes des Centres Alternatifs (RACA). The series also documents international events in which Articule participated.

Series contains documents concerning the history, exhibitions, and publications of Powerhouse Gallery, now La Centrale Galerie Powerhouse. Documents mainly concern the Galley’s first exhibition Windows: From the Inside Out: Painting, Photography, Ceramic and Sculpture (1973).

Series documents the life of Magnus Isacsson as an educator, his involvement with the Gierson Seminar, and other affiliations within the documentary filmmaking community. It also contains articles written about Isacsson and his work as an independent filmmaker.
