The TEACHING subseries includes performance evaluations, workload reports and course evaluations, course materials and course outlines Thomas Waugh developed, most notably on HIV/AIDS in social sciences, natural sciences and in the media.

The ADMINISTRATION subseries is comprised of records related to Thomas Waugh's participation in the HIV/AIDS Advisory Committee (1993-1998), in the Faculty of Fine Arts Task Group on Canadian and Quebec Cultural Issues (1983-1984) and in the Working Group on Curriculum of the Status of Women Committee (1986-1987).

The CONFERENCES, SEMINARS, TALKS subseries includes records related to the attendance of Thomas Waugh to various conferences in Quebec and Ontario, most notably at the Representing AIDS: Crisis and Criticism Conference held at the University of Western Ontario where he made a presentation on the theme of 'Erotic self-images in the Gay Male AIDS Melodrama' in November 1988. The subseries also contains records related to his involvement in Concordia University's HIV/AIDS Lecture Series from 1993 to 2013 with correspondence, logistics files, media coverage and promotional material.

The RESEARCH AND REFERENCE DOCUMENTATION subseries is comprised of some writings and notes as well as reference documentation on HIV/AIDS related to women and First Nations Peoples, among other subjects.

The fonds also includes records related to Thomas Waugh's input as the editor of the moving images section of the GLQ: A Journal of Lesbian and Gay Studies between 2003 and 2006.

The fonds provides information on Philip Szporer's career as a part-time instructor at Concordia University but also as a filmmaker and a journalist. The PROFESSIONAL LIFE series includes material related to Stress, the Official Journal of the International Institute of Stress and its Affiliates Szporer edited in the beginning of the 1980's, some of films he directed as well as conferences and festivals he attended or actively took part in. The DISTINCTIONS sub-series is comprised of records related to the Jacqueline Lemieux Prize and the Distinguished Teaching Award he received in 2010 and 2016, respectively. The TEACHING sub-series contains course outlines, records related to the CUPFA grants Szporer received throughout the years, some correspondence, a working copy of the Concordia University Contemporary Dance Department Assessment Report he produced in 2001 as well as some course materials, including slides on the history of modern dance as well as the works of dancers: Doris Humphrey, Isadora Duncan, Loie Fuller, Maud Allen, Martha Graham, Ruth St. Denis, and Twyla Tharp among others. The WRITINGS sub-series includes articles Szporer wrote for Dance Connection, Dance Journal USA, Cinema Canada as well as Concordia's Thursday Report.

The PERSONAL LIFE series contains a case study on the distribution of 'Not a Love Story' submitted to the department of Communication Studies in 1981 while Szporer was completing his graduate studies at Concordia University.

La Collection Mary-Jacques Cambay est le résultat des recherches de Mary-Jacques Cambay sur le vitrail au Québec et de la contribution des artistes travaillant le vitrail au patrimoine artistique de la province. La collection documente les vitraux existant dans les églises du Québec dans les années 1970 et 1980. Elle comprend également des informations relatives à certaines églises. De plus, la collection documente les œuvres de plusieurs artistes du vitrail, dont Guido Nincheri, Charles William Kelsey et Flavien St. Pierre, et du studio de vitrail "Canadian Pittsburgh Industries Limited" (C.P.I.). Notamment, la collection contient des entrevues d'histoire orale menées par Cambay avec des artistes travaillant dans le vitrail.
La collection Mary-Jacques Cambay est composée principalement de supports photographiques sous forme de tirages et de diapositives, mais également de cassettes audio et de documents textuels. En tant que documents textuels, la collection se compose de brochures, de coupures de journaux, de la correspondance, d'extraits d'ouvrages de référence et de notes manuscrites. Un index des églises du Québec aux vitraux complète la collection.

The TEACHING subseries includes records related to Christopher Jackson's employment at Concordia University such as his Full Professor application as well as a University Chorus course manual. The ADMINISTRATION subseries is comprised of files related to the Grey Nuns project, in which Jackson was involved. It includes copies of the Catalogue partiel d'oeuvres d'art de la Maison-Mère des Soeurs Grises de Montréal from 1973, as well as some reports and studies related to the development of the building acquired by Concordia in 2007.

The CONSULTING SERVICES subseries is comprised of correspondence related to Jackson's work as a technical consultant to appraise organs with the Comité spécial pour le projet d'orgues du Grand Séminaire de Montréal, the Hyde Park Community United Methodist Church, the Comité de l'orgue Saint-Pierre-Apôtre, the Fabrique Saint-Léon de Westmount or the Fabrique Notre-Dame between 1983 and 1994.

The COMITÉ DES ORGUES DE LA FONDATION DU PATRIMOINE RELIGIEUX DU QUÉBEC subseries testifies of Jackson's involvement with the committee from1988 to 2009, with records such as agendas, meeting minutes and some correspondence. The subseries also includes technical reports on church organs in St-Paul-d'Abbotsford, Sherbooke, Dunham, St-Paul de Grand-Mère, St-Narcisse or Saint-Lambert, among others.

The RESEARCH ANDREFERENCE DOCUMENTATION subseries includes files with miscellaneous documentation on different subjects close to Jackson's expertise such as Music of New France, Auguste Fay (organ builder), and historical organs.

The fonds also includes promotional material related to the Orfeo of Claudio Monteverdi concert as well as the Liliane M. Stewart funeral that Jackson was a musical director of and some correspondence with the Organ Historical society (1989-1999) and the Studio de musique ancienne (1989-1999).

The fonds is related to the exhibition Corridart dans la rue Sherbrooke that was organized by the Arts and Culture Committee of the 1976 international Olympic Games held in Montreal.
The fonds consists of material related to the installation Rues-Miroirs, a 60 feet long and 8 feet high photomontage by the McKenna brothers, which encompassed a panoramic view of five or six blocks of Sherbrooke street and St. Laurent street. The fonds is composed of 16 from a total of 20 panels forming the original artwork, three draft models of the photomontage, the original explanative board and one button advertising the Corrid'Art exhibition.

The fonds consists of 2 colour photographs of Dutkewych’s sculpture Suspension One. Suspension One was the prototype of Suspension Two, which was installed in the Lafontaine park next to the hospital Notre-Dame as part of the exhibition Corridart dans la rue Sherbrooke in Montreal, Quebec in 1976. Sponsored by the Arts and Culture Committee of the international Olympic Games held in Montreal, the exhibition was dismanteled by the city before its opening.

La collection est composée de documents rassemblés par les avocats des plaignants et déposés à la Cour supérieure du Québec, liés à l'affaire Corridart. La collection documente la conception et l'installation de Corridart, ainsi que son démantèlement rapide et les poursuites légales qui s'en suivirent. Il y a des documents liés à la carrière des artistes qui participèrent au procès et de l'information sur les précédents légaux qui y sont liés.

La collection inclut un inventaire fait par Melvin Charney des sites le long de la rue Sherbrooke, expliquant la conception de Corridart en une rue-musée qu'on visite à pied. Il y a aussi une série complète de photographies de Corridart, documentant les éléments communs (l'assemblage continu) ainsi que les oeuvres exposées le long de la rue Sherbrooke, les panneaux de texte et les sites d'activités. Ces photographies retracent la route complète de Corridart d'est en ouest. Il y a aussi des photographies documentant le démantèlement. D'autres montrent des oeuvres à la fourrière et plusieurs illustrent les dommages qu'elles ont subis. La collection inclut des propositions de projet, des documents de planification, des contrats entre les artistes et le COJO, de la correspondance, des articles de périodiques juridiques, des rapports de réunions, des plans et des esquisses. Il y a aussi des curriculum vitae d'artistes, des photographies, des brochures et d'autres documents liés à la carrière des artistes qui furent assemblés afin d'établir leur statut d'artistes professionnels.
