La collection se compose de documents accumulés par Margaret Griffin et Clara Gutsche. Elle illustre principalement la fondation et la première exposition de Powerhouse Gallery, maintenant La Centrale Galerie Powerhouse. The Graeme Clyke fonds consists of materials created and accumulated by Graeme Baxter Clyke related to the Negro Community Centre (NCC), Union United Church, Royal Arthur School, Little Burgundy, and Saint-Henri. Photographs showcase programs and activities offered at NCC, including dance and music lessons, arts and crafts, wood working, sports, summer camps, and games. They also depict NCC staff, including but not limited to Stanley Clyke, Emily Clyke, Lawrence Sitahal, Daisy Peterson Sweeney, Martha Griffiths, and Mrs. Palmas. Photographs also show the interior and exterior of the NCC, Union United Church, Royal Arthur School, and the Universal Negro Improvement Association (U.N.I.A.). They also depict many other buildings around Little Burgundy and Saint-Henri. Students and teachers at the NCC and Royal Arthur School appear throughout the photographs, as do members of the Union United Church. Textual records in the fonds consist of those documenting the administration of the NCC, including its programs, activities, and services, and the memorial service of Roy States.

The Black Studies Centre fonds contains materials documenting the administration, services, and activities of the Black Studies Centre from its beginnings as the National Black Coalition Quebec Institute of Research until 2014. The fonds also documents the Centre’s role within Montreal’s Black communities, as well as its relationships to other organizations working within and outside Montreal. In addition, the Black Studies Centre fonds is an important source of reference documentation pertaining to the history, culture, and contributions of Black communities in Canada: it contains a rich collection of newspapers, periodicals, and books, dating from 1969 to 2012, including but not limited to copies of Contrast (1969-1999), Community Contact (1998-2008), Afro-Can (1981-1984), Focus Umoja (1974-1978), Uhuru (1969-1970), and Umoja (1969-1970, 1990), as well as books that were previously held in the collection of the Black Studies Centre’s Library.

The TEACHING subseries includes records related to Christopher Jackson's employment at Concordia University such as his Full Professor application as well as a University Chorus course manual. The ADMINISTRATION subseries is comprised of files related to the Grey Nuns project, in which Jackson was involved. It includes copies of the Catalogue partiel d'oeuvres d'art de la Maison-Mère des Soeurs Grises de Montréal from 1973, as well as some reports and studies related to the development of the building acquired by Concordia in 2007.

The CONSULTING SERVICES subseries is comprised of correspondence related to Jackson's work as a technical consultant to appraise organs with the Comité spécial pour le projet d'orgues du Grand Séminaire de Montréal, the Hyde Park Community United Methodist Church, the Comité de l'orgue Saint-Pierre-Apôtre, the Fabrique Saint-Léon de Westmount or the Fabrique Notre-Dame between 1983 and 1994.

The COMITÉ DES ORGUES DE LA FONDATION DU PATRIMOINE RELIGIEUX DU QUÉBEC subseries testifies of Jackson's involvement with the committee from1988 to 2009, with records such as agendas, meeting minutes and some correspondence. The subseries also includes technical reports on church organs in St-Paul-d'Abbotsford, Sherbooke, Dunham, St-Paul de Grand-Mère, St-Narcisse or Saint-Lambert, among others.

The RESEARCH ANDREFERENCE DOCUMENTATION subseries includes files with miscellaneous documentation on different subjects close to Jackson's expertise such as Music of New France, Auguste Fay (organ builder), and historical organs.

The fonds also includes promotional material related to the Orfeo of Claudio Monteverdi concert as well as the Liliane M. Stewart funeral that Jackson was a musical director of and some correspondence with the Organ Historical society (1989-1999) and the Studio de musique ancienne (1989-1999).

The L’Entraide Missionnaire collection primarily consists of textual materials collected by L’Entraide Missionnaire during the course of their activities in the Democratic Republic of Congo, Rwanda, and Uganda. Materials do not document the administration and functions of L’Entraide Mission, but reflect their presence and activities in Africa. The documents in this collection were given to the organization during the course of their work in the field and consist of fist-hand information from the ground in the countries where L’Entraide Missionaire was working from 1993 to 2013. Much of the documentation concerns mining in the Democratic Republic of Congo.

The collection mostly contains textual records, including reports and summaries; correspondence; ministerial declarations; statutes, agreements, and conventions; financial statements; contracts and other legal documents; and texts documenting debates, among other material.

It includes notes on different artists and pedagogical notes on different books related to his master’s degree in art education. It also includes multiple diplomas of the different schools he attended. The PERSONNAL LIFE series also includes personal correspondence.

The TEACHING subseries is comprised of 1 sub-subseries: the SIR GEORGE WILLIAMS UNIVERSITY AND CONCORDIA UNIVERSITY sub-subseries is comprised of course notes and bibliographies of the Psychology 591 course, a “Guide pédagogique” sent to translation and research for his theses in team-teaching in art education. Fonds Conseil québécois de l’estampe

Le fonds du Conseil québécois de l'estampe (CQE) offre de l’informations sur l'administration, les finances, les publications et les activités de programmation du CQE dès sa fondation en 1978 jusqu’à 2005, date à laquelle l’organisation a changé son nom pour Arprim (Regroupement pour la promotion de l'art imprimé). Le fonds comprend également une vaste collection de dossiers d’artistes, fournissant un registre important des membres du CQE et de leur travail. Les dossiers d’artistes contiennent des photographies, des catalogues d'expositions, des coupures de journaux, des dépliants et d'autres documents. Le fonds contient également le bulletin Bon-à-tirer, publié par le CQE, de la documentation concernant la publication du Code d’éthique et de la documentation annuelle du Prix Albert-Dumouchel¸ parmi d’autres documents.
