The fonds documents the Public Relations and Information Office’s efforts to establish effective communication services for Loyola College in the 1960s until the merger with Sir George Williams University in 1974. It mainly consists of documentation on academic, social and cultural events (e.g. convocations, conferences, theatre presentations) and on various administrative and academic matters (e.g. quest for a University charter, capital campaign, curriculum). The records of the Event Coordination Centre (series I002.1/19) provide information on the use of the college facilities for the organization of events, such as those held at the F.C. Smith Auditorium.

The fonds also includes three dolls made by Sr. Prudence Allen’s grandmother, Christine Hamilton Allen (1875-1952), a social worker who worked closely with Eleonar Roosevelt during the Suffrage Movement. There are other artifacts such as a Tree of Life embroidered for Sr. Prudence Allen by Gretta Nemiroff.

The fonds provides information on Pnina Gagnon’s professional life as an artist. It consists of records on her creative works, exhibitions, writings and publications, media coverage, correspondence and conferences or talks she took part in.

The fonds also contains records about her private life. It consists mainly of personal correspondence, journals and agendas, records on her education, family, travels and spirituality.

The fonds provides information on Philip Szporer's career as a part-time instructor at Concordia University but also as a filmmaker and a journalist. The PROFESSIONAL LIFE series includes material related to Stress, the Official Journal of the International Institute of Stress and its Affiliates Szporer edited in the beginning of the 1980's, some of films he directed as well as conferences and festivals he attended or actively took part in. The DISTINCTIONS sub-series is comprised of records related to the Jacqueline Lemieux Prize and the Distinguished Teaching Award he received in 2010 and 2016, respectively. The TEACHING sub-series contains course outlines, records related to the CUPFA grants Szporer received throughout the years, some correspondence, a working copy of the Concordia University Contemporary Dance Department Assessment Report he produced in 2001 as well as some course materials, including slides on the history of modern dance as well as the works of dancers: Doris Humphrey, Isadora Duncan, Loie Fuller, Maud Allen, Martha Graham, Ruth St. Denis, and Twyla Tharp among others. The WRITINGS sub-series includes articles Szporer wrote for Dance Connection, Dance Journal USA, Cinema Canada as well as Concordia's Thursday Report.

The PERSONAL LIFE series contains a case study on the distribution of 'Not a Love Story' submitted to the department of Communication Studies in 1981 while Szporer was completing his graduate studies at Concordia University.

The fonds provides information on the Canadian roots of community psychology and William Line.

The fonds consists mainly of sound recordings of Paul Babarik's interviews with eminent psychologists. There are also copies of books he edited and wrote.

The fonds provides information on the evolution of Patricia Morley's relationship with Canadian critic / journalist Kenneth Shorey. Shorey knew the artist William Kurelek, subject of a biography by Patricia Morley published in 1986, and some of the letters give details about Kurelek.

The fonds provides information on the teaching activities of Orson Shorey Wheeler and his work as sculptor. The fonds consists of clippings, term papers and exams, architectural sketches, invitations, correspondence, library addition listings, photographs, and minutes.

The fonds documents the activities of the Office of the Vice-Rector at Concordia for the period of 1974 to 1984 and some file document the activities of the Office of the Vice-Principal, Administration and Finance at Sir George Williams University. The latter files include some documents relating to the SGWU Computer Centre incident of 1969. The fonds also includes some files of André-Jean Laprade, Assistant Vice-Rector Relations and Audit.Those files mainly relate to "Groupe de recherche et d’élaboration d’un système d’informatique de gestion universitaire (GRESIGU)," 1968-1975 (A. J. Laprade being the responsible for the « SIGU-Recherche » group). There are also some Stirling Dorrance’s files who was first at Loyola College and then at Concordia, Assistant to the Rector, Development (these files were probably mixed up in storage space at some points - by error - with the files from the Vice-Rector, Administration and Finance).

The fonds is mainly composed of the records of Mr. Ferrari’s office, as Comptroller (1961-1968) and as Vice-President, Administration (1968-1974), and the records of the Loyola Bursar and Procurator (Treasurer).

The fonds mainly contains general ledgers (1950-1974), financial statements (1916-1974), and various administrative records relating to budget, investment, insurance and payroll. There are also files relating to college properties, such as accounting records for the construction of the Administration building in the 1920s and file copies of annual reports (1898-1929) to Quebec government which give detailed statistical information for the first years of Loyola.
