The fonds mainly documents the CIT and Concordia AV Department audio-visual productions and photographs made for the University community. There are also some textual administrative records, mostly composed of the documents of Gary Boyd, AV Assistant Director, Research & Development.

The fonds includes sound recordings (e.g. audio reels, compact cassettes) and moving images (e.g. film reels, video reels, videocassettes). For instance, the fonds contains most of the original audio reels of the SGWU Poetry series recorded for the English department between 1965 and 1974 (see the Concordia SpokenWeb project which uses this material). The fonds also includes photographs made by the AV Photographic section for the University community. This material is mainly composed of faculty and staff portraits and pictures of University events, dated between 1979 and 1994.

The fonds documents the Public Relations and Information Office’s efforts to establish effective communication services for Loyola College in the 1960s until the merger with Sir George Williams University in 1974. It mainly consists of documentation on academic, social and cultural events (e.g. convocations, conferences, theatre presentations) and on various administrative and academic matters (e.g. quest for a University charter, capital campaign, curriculum). The records of the Event Coordination Centre (series I002.1/19) provide information on the use of the college facilities for the organization of events, such as those held at the F.C. Smith Auditorium.

Jack Gillmore fonds

The fonds is related to Jack Gillmore’s work as an actor, writer, and director of Canada’s first radio plays in Vancouver, B.C. between 1925-1935. Gillmore was a member of the CNRV Players and performed over a hundred plays on the radio including but not limited to, “Peg O’ My Heart”, “R.U.R.”, and “The Zepplin’s Passenger” (Zeppelin's Passenger). Gillmore’s memoir includes his reminiscences on his career on the radio, his experiences as a car salesman in the 1920s, his marine equipment businesses in the 1930s and 1940s, and events he lived through between 1902 and 1977. The fonds also includes material relating to the deposit.

The fonds consists of photocopies of annotated scripts, essays, notes, production sheets, correspondence, and press clippings. It also includes a contact sheet, and Gillmore's memoirs.

The Black Community Resource Centre fonds (BCRC) provides information about the administration, finances, projects, services, and activities of the BCRC from its founding in 1992 to 2021. The fonds also includes extensive documentation on several partnerships between the BCRC and other organizations with whom they partnered on a variety of programs and workshops.

The Black Community Resource Centre fonds consists mostly of textual records that detail the administrative process of the organization and the daily activities of the BCRC. The fonds contains partnership agreements, meeting minutes, agendas, bulletins, newsletters, correspondence, annual reports, financial records, project evaluations, presentation slides, and job descriptions, among other administrative documents. The Conseil Quebecois de l’estampe (CQE) fonds provides information about the administration, finances, publications, and programming activities of the CQE from its founding in 1978 to 2005, when it changed its name to Arprim (Regroupement pour la promotion de l’art imprimé). In addition to documentation about the administration and programming of the CQE, the fonds also includes an extensive collection of artists’ files, providing an important record of members and their work. These files contain photographs, exhibition catalogues, newspaper clippings, brochures, slides and other documents. The Black Studies Centre fonds contains materials documenting the administration, services, and activities of the Black Studies Centre from its beginnings as the National Black Coalition Quebec Institute of Research until 2014. The fonds also documents the Centre’s role within Montreal’s Black communities, as well as its relationships to other organizations working within and outside Montreal. Bellelle Guerin fonds

The Bellelle Guerin fonds documents life and work of the Guerin family. Most significantly, the materials contained in the fonds pertain to the careers of John Edmund Guerin and Bellelle Guerin. The fonds also contains materials concerning other members of the Guerin family. Two scrapbooks document John Edmund Guerin’s political career as mayor of Montreal from his election in 1910 until 1912. These scrapbooks also contain materials concerning important events occurring during his mandate, including the International Eucharist Congress; the visits of Earl Grey and the duke and duchess of Connaught; and the death of King Edward 7th, among others. A third scrapbook contains information pertaining to the 1917 election and the Catholic Women’s League of Canada. Some documents are also related to Thomas or Mary Carroll Guerin. The fourth scrapbook contains clippings of newspaper articles, most of which were written by Thomas Guerin, Bellelle’s father. These articles concern Thomas Guerin's work as a civil engineer in Montreal in the 1870s and 1880s, and document a number of his concerns, including sewerage problems and floods in Montreal.

The Bellelle Guerin fonds is composed of 4 scrapbooks containing clippings and memorabilia, and a pin given to James John Edmund Guerin during the Eucharist Congress in 1910.

The Graeme Clyke fonds consists of materials created and accumulated by Graeme Baxter Clyke related to the Negro Community Centre (NCC), Union United Church, Royal Arthur School, Little Burgundy, and Saint-Henri. Photographs showcase programs and activities offered at NCC, including dance and music lessons, arts and crafts, wood working, sports, summer camps, and games. They also depict NCC staff, including but not limited to Stanley Clyke, Emily Clyke, Lawrence Sitahal, Daisy Peterson Sweeney, Martha Griffiths, and Mrs. Palmas. Photographs also show the interior and exterior of the NCC, Union United Church, Royal Arthur School, and the Universal Negro Improvement Association (U.N.I.A.). They also depict many other buildings around Little Burgundy and Saint-Henri. Students and teachers at the NCC and Royal Arthur School appear throughout the photographs, as do members of the Union United Church. Textual records in the fonds consist of those documenting the administration of the NCC, including its programs, activities, and services, and the memorial service of Roy States.

The fonds includes 2 ledgers outlining purchases made at the general store owned by the O'Farrell Family in Saint-Malachie, Quebec (1890-1896); 4 diaries written by Mary Bridget O'Farrell concerning the private life of the family (1898-1899); and 1 ledger (tax roll) (1877-1883) documenting taxation in the town of Saint-Malachie. Notes, correspondence, and additional pages can be found throughout the ledgers.
