Promotional and educational video on Viktor Ullman's opera, "The Emporor of Atlantis," that was performed in Montreal on October 25 and 26, 1996. Performed by the Austrian ensemble Arbos, the opera was staged at the Concordia's Concert Hall. Performed also in Ottawa, at the National Art Centre.
